Standard Vanguard Warranty By Series

Only Vanguard products imported officially by Amplis Foto (Exclusive Canadian Vanguard Photo Product Distributor) and sold by Authorized Canadian Dealers carry a Limited Canadian warranty. Open box sales or used equipment do not apply.

All ALTA and VEO Series tripods and Head	10 Years
All VESTA series tripods and Heads	5 Years
All ALTA and VEO Series Bags	Limited Lifetime
All Vesta Series Bags	5 Years

The Warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser of the product or the person for whom the product was purchased as a gift. This Warranty is valid only in Canada, and is valid only upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase from an Authorized Canadian dealer (valid proof of purchase must be a dated bill of sale that includes customer name, price, and model of product).

Refurbished Vanguard Canada products

All Vanguard reconditioned items sold by Vanguardphoto.ca are manufacturer-certified products and refurbished by our technicians. All items have been thoroughly tested and faithfully restored to original factory specifications with genuine Vanguard parts.

Vanguard Canada refurbished products are covered by our Two-Year Refurbished Warranty. All terms and conditions of our standard warranty apply.

If you have a warranty claim, you may return the product to the authorized Vanguard Canada dealer from whom it was purchased or send it directly to Amplis Foto. Include a copy of your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem and full contact information including your name, address, telephone number and email address. Please pack equipment carefully, and ship it prepaid. We will not accept any shipment that is not fully prepaid.

If the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Amplis will pay the return shipping charge. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear or cleaning and is void if product is impact damaged, misused, tampered with or serviced by anyone other than Amplis Foto Inc. or its authorized agents.

If the product requires non-warranty repairs, we will provide you with a preliminary estimate. Please note that Amplis charges an estimate fee of $30.00.

Amplis Foto shall not be liable for any injury, loss damage direct or indirect or consequence arising out of the use or the inability to use the product. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.

You should always retain your original proof of purchase for your records. You must present your dated proof of purchase that includes model number, and price from an authorized dealer in Canada if you are in need of repair service.
